Do you deliver across Canada?
We ship to all Canadian provinces. We do not currently ship to Yukon, the Northwest Territories or Nunavut.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days after that: 6–12 business days in total.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on our Track Your Order page.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. Email us first and we will send you a return authorization and the return address. See our Refund Policy.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, and we cover the return shipping.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, as shown at checkout.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout (SSL). We never see or store your full card details.
How do the cordless lamps charge?
Each cordless lamp charges with the included USB cable. The charging time and run time are listed on every product page.
