30-day returns

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories, cables and manuals included.

How to return an item

1. Email support@agifthome.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you would like to return.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and the return address.
3. Send the item back to the address we provide. Returns are sent to our returns address outside Canada.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Returns sent without a return authorization cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you cover the cost of return shipping. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or stops working as described, email us with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to show the funds.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the colour or version you would prefer.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province.
