Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to all Canadian provinces. We do not currently ship to Yukon, the Northwest Territories or Nunavut.

Where your order ships from

Orders are shipped by our fulfillment partner from their international warehouse. This is why delivery takes 6–12 business days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and there are no handling fees.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 pm Eastern Time are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 5–10 business days.

Total delivery time: 6–12 business days from the moment you place your order.

Holiday orders

To receive your order before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 5. Orders placed after that date may arrive after the holidays.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You can also follow your order on our Track Your Order page.

Taxes

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and arrange redelivery.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather or public holidays. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, email us at support@agifthome.com and we will look into it for you.
