How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days after that: 6–12 business days in total.
Where do you ship?
To all Canadian provinces. We do not currently ship to Yukon, the Northwest Territories or Nunavut.
Where are you based?
A Gift Home is a small team based in the Netherlands, operated by Kas Creatives & Solutions. Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner from their international warehouse, with free tracked delivery across Canada.
Will my order arrive before the holidays?
Order by December 5 for delivery before December 25.
Can I send a gift to someone else?
Yes. Enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, and you can use our Track Your Order page.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item. If it is faulty or damaged, we cover return shipping. See our Refund Policy.
Where do I send a return?
Please email support@agifthome.com first with your order number. We reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and the return address. Returns are sent to our returns address outside Canada. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

How do the cordless lamps charge?
Each cordless lamp charges with the included USB cable. Charging and run times are listed on each product page.
