1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on agifthome.com. The store is operated by Kas Creatives & Solutions, registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 99904691, VAT number NL005418393B25, at Terralaan 44, 6515 DS Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Orders are dispatched by our fulfillment partner from their international warehouse and delivered across Canada (excluding Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut) with tracking. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products
We describe every product as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so colours may look slightly different in person. Specifications and dimensions are listed on each product page. Please follow the instructions supplied with electrical products.
3. Prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales taxes are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been placed.
4. Orders
Your order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order we will contact you and refund you in full.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place your order.
6. Delivery
Shipping is free. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days, for a total of 6–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates.
7. Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. See our Refund Policy for the full conditions.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province.
9. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a reasonably foreseeable result of us failing to meet our obligations. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

All content on this store, including text, images and design, belongs to Kas Creatives & Solutions and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your province.
